Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

In accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by transferring personal and other data to the Operator through the Website, the User confirms his/her full and informed consent to the provision and use of his/her personal data, as well as personal data of third parties, communicated by the User to the Operator during the ordering process, ticket purchase, account registration on the Website, namely: surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, country, city and contact email address.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he/she is obliged to stop using the Website. The unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the beginning of the Website use by the User.
In accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by transferring personal and other data to the Operator through the Website, the User confirms his/her full and informed consent to the provision and use of his/her personal data, as well as personal data of third parties, communicated by the User to the Operator during the ordering process, ticket purchase, account registration on the Website, namely: surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, country, city and contact email address.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he/she is obliged to stop using the Website. The unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the beginning of the Website use by the User.
1.1. Website – a website located on the Internet at https://connected.kz/ru
All exclusive rights to the Website and its individual elements (including software, design) is owned by the Operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.2. User - a person using the Website.
1.3. Legislation - the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.4. Personal data - the User’s personal data that the User provides independently during registration or during the use of the Website functionality.
1.5. Data - other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal Data).
1.6. Registration - filling in by the User of the Registration Form posted on the Website by specifying the necessary information and sending scanned documents.
1.7. Registration Form - a form posted on the Website that the User must fill out in order to be able to use the Website in full.
1.8. Service(-s) - services rendered by the Operator on the basis of an agreement.

1.8. Service(-s) - services rendered by the Operator on the basis of an agreement.
2.1. The Operator collects and stores only those Personal Data that are necessary for rendering Services by the Operator and interaction with the User.
2.2. Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:
2.2.1 rendering Services to the User;
2.2.2 User identification;
2.2.3 User interaction;
2.2.4 sending advertising materials, information and requests to the User;
2.2.5 conducting statistical and other research;
2.3. The Operator also processes the following data:
2.3.1 surname, first name and patronymic;
2.3.2 email address;
2.3.3 phone number (including mobile).
2.4. The User is prohibited from specifying personal data of third parties on the Website (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documentary evidence of third parties to carry out such actions).
2.2. Personal Data may be used for the following purposes:
2.2.1 rendering Services to the User;
2.2.2 User identification;
2.2.3 User interaction;
2.2.4 sending advertising materials, information and requests to the User;
2.2.5 conducting statistical and other research;
2.3. The Operator also processes the following data:
2.3.1 surname, first name and patronymic;
2.3.2 email address;
2.3.3 phone number (including mobile).
2.4. The User is prohibited from specifying personal data of third parties on the Website (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documentary evidence of third parties to carry out such actions).
3.1. The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data” of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the Operator. The processing of personal data includes the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), sorting, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of relevant personal data.
3.2. With respect to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases when the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. The Operator has the right to keep an archived copy of Personal Data. The Operator has the right to store Personal Data and Data on servers outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and User data without the User’s consent to the following persons/entities:
3.4.1 state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local self-government bodies upon their reasoned request;
3.4.2 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in item 3.4 of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
3.5.1 The User has expressed his/her consent to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is necessary as part of the Website use by the User or rendering Services to the User.
3.6. The Operator performs automated processing of Personal Data.
3.2. With respect to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases when the specified data is publicly available.

3.6. The Operator performs automated processing of Personal Data.
4.1. The Operator provides adequate protection of Personal and other Data in accordance with the Law and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data.
4.2. The applied protection measures, among other things, allow protecting Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.

5. OTHER PROVISIONS
5.1. The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is subject to the application of this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
5.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration of the Operator. Before applying to the court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the corresponding claim to the Operator in writing. The response period to the claim is 30 (thirty) business days.
5.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
5.4. The Operator has the right at any time to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All amendments take effect from the momentit is posted on the Website.
5.5. The User undertakes to independently monitor amendments to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.

• In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations with consumers, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Buyer’s performance of the actions specified in this Agreement is the Buyer’s full and informed consent to provide the Operator with his/her personal data, as well as personal data of third parties communicated by the Buyer to the Operator during the ordering process, Ticket purchase, registration of an account on the Website, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, country, city and contact email address.
• The Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the provision by the Buyer to the Operator of the personal data specified in item 4.1 is carried out in order to provide the Buyer with the services specified in items 2.1.1 and 2.1.2. The Buyer gives the Operator his/her consent to the processing of personal data provided when placing an Order, buying a Ticket, registering an account on the Website, in connection with rendering services to the Buyer provided by this Offer, including for the purpose of receiving information and advertising messages by the Buyer in the manner and on the terms established by the Public Offer for information and advertising the mailing list posted on the Website. The Operator shall be entitled to store and use the personal data provided by the Buyer from the moment the Buyer gives consent to their provision (processing) and until the official date of completion of the Event.
• Personal data are processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations with consumers, and includes the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), sorting, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of relevant personal data.
• The Buyer hereby gives his/her full and informed consent to the Operator to grant the rights to process his/her personal data specified in item 4.1, by the methods specified in item 4.3, to third parties for the purposes specified in item 4.2.
• The Buyer has the right to exercise his/her rights established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating relations with consumers by sending relevant requests (claims) to the Operator by e-mail to the address or by submitting such an application to the Point of Sale.
4.2. The applied protection measures, among other things, allow protecting Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with them by third parties.
5. OTHER PROVISIONS
5.1. The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan is subject to the application of this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.

The Buyer gives the Operator his/her consent to the processing of personal data provided when placing an Order, buying a Ticket, registering an account on the Website, in connection with rendering services to the Buyer provided by this Offer, including for the purpose of receiving information and advertising messages by the Buyer in the manner and on the terms established by the Public Offer for information and advertising the mailing list posted on the Website. The Operator shall be entitled to store and use the personal data provided by the Buyer from the moment the Buyer gives consent to their provision (processing) and until the official date of completion of the Event.
